The Future Star Award 2023: nominate now!
Inspired by the 2022 Future Star? We’re getting a head start on nominations for next year, so if you know any talented early career researchers then nominate them now!
The 2023 BioTechniques Future Star Award is open to candidates within the first 5 years of their career who are performing outstanding research in their field. Nominees should be talented researchers, active members of the scientific community, and driven to make a difference to the wider world with their research.
The Award aims to recognize these inspiring new scientists by asking their colleagues and mentors to nominate them, with the finalists then selected by a panel of esteemed judges. Finally, the winner will be chosen by public vote. The Future Star Award recipient will:
* Receive US $1000 to support their career
* Feature on one of our Talking Techniques Podcast episodes
* Be invited to our LEARN Mentor panel
If you know an early career scientist who is a Future Star, nominate them via the form below.
