Lab-grown meat grown using cell culture technology has been approved for sale for the first time in Singapore – we look into its safety and sustainability. For the first time, a company has received regulatory approval to sell lab-grown meat to consumers. Singapore will allow the USA’s Eat Just to sell its lab-grown chicken meat in restaurants.
