MetaMorph supports pE-800 microscope light source

For the majority of fluorescence microscopy experiments, controlling all components through software is the most efficient way to achieve optimum settings – and optimum results. Many modern LED illumination systems can be controlled through major microscope software platforms, and the CoolLED eight channel pE-800 Illumination System is now fully supported in Molecular Devices MetaMorph imaging software.

The pE-800 is also fully integrated into Nikon NIS Elements, µManager, Hamamatsu HCImage and Incscoper. For users of other imaging software such as Olympus cellSens, the pE-6501-8 USB controlled TTL trigger box enables seamless integration.
