Recognising the CoolLED team spirit for 2021

Every year, CoolLED celebrates team spirit in memory of its founder Nick Edwards, and presents The Nick Edwards Gold Award (NEGA) to one deserving team member. The award itself is constructed from CoolLED system components and crafted by one of our old colleagues.

This award embodies Nick’s commitment to the company, recognising someone who has proven an invaluable asset to the CoolLED team. There were a lot of nominations, and this year’s winner was Chelsie from Business Support! She is always cheerful and kind and super-efficient. She never complains even when under a lot of pressure, taking on more responsibility to cover a colleague’s maternity leave. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Chelsie and she has done really well through tough times. Well done!
