Thierry Nordmann (left) is a clinician-scientist and dermatologist with a focus on inflammatory cutaneous disorders. He completed his PhD after his medical studies, investigating anti-inflammatory treatment strategies for type 2 diabetes. Following his training as a dermatologist, Nordmann joined the renowned research group of Matthias Mann at the Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry (Munich, Germany) and has since applied cutting-edge proteomic technologies to gain translational insights into skin diseases.
