Streamlining design of experiment for AAV capture and polish with new digital tools
Time to market is crucial for the development of biologics. Automating the development of robust chromatography processes with Repligen’s OPUS® RoboColumns® pre-packed columns on Tecan’s Fluent® liquid handler enables not only miniaturization but the ability to run eight chromatographic separations in parallel, providing more data in the same amount of time and helping to make informed decisions.
What will you learn?
- How miniaturization and parallelization can speed up process development
- Tecan’s Fluent Automation Workstation
- Repligen’s OPUS RoboColumns pre-packed columns
- New software developments to set up automated chromatography processes
- How to apply design of experiment principles to capture and polish AAVs
- A new digital tool that can configure and create quotes for OPUS process development pre-packed columns online
- New caustic stable affinity resins for the capture of AAVs
